By engaging with Royal Shihtzu, you agree to these terms. They are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and joyful experience for both our families and our puppies.
By placing a deposit, completing an application, or purchasing a puppy from Royal Shihtzu, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or proceeding with an adoption.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with our program following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Financial & Adoption Terms
Deposits & Reservations
Securing your place in line or reserving a specific puppy requires a formal commitment.

| Transferability | May be transferred to a future litter under specific circumstances (see Refund Policy) |
Final Payment & Pickup
The final steps to officially welcome your new family member into your home.

| Accepted methods | Bank transfers, cashier's checks, major credit cards |
| Transfer of ownership | Officially occurs upon final payment and signed contract |
Limitation of Liability
- Guaranteeing health as outlined in the written contract
- Providing lifelong breeding support and behavioral guidance
- Transparent communication regarding the puppy's lineage and care
- Providing routine veterinary care, proper nutrition, and safe housing
- Complying with all local pet ownership and licensing laws
- Understanding that we are not liable for incidental damages after the puppy leaves our care
